By accessing or using ARIA Oracle's fraud detection API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

You may use our API for fraud detection purposes only. Prohibited uses include:

We guarantee 99.99% uptime on premium tier. Base tier has 99.9% uptime guarantee. See our SLA page for details.

4. Payment & Billing

Billing is based on API usage (per-transaction pricing). Invoices are issued monthly. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data submitted to ARIA Oracle. We use data only for fraud detection and model improvement (anonymized).

6. Liability

ARIA Oracle is not liable for business losses resulting from fraud decisions. Our service provides recommendations; final transaction approval is your responsibility.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days notice. Immediate termination may occur for terms violations.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
